We endeavour to despatch all goods within 72 hours of receiving your order. Your complete and accurate postcode is always essential for our deliveries.

Delivery charges vary depending on the customer location and size of shipment. We will contact the customer on receipt of an order to discuss the relevant delivery charge. We will not process the customer credit card details until this delivery charge has been agreed by both parties. The customer has the right to cancel the order if they do not feelt he delivery charge is appropriate.
Goods are despatched on overnight weekday delivery. (About 90 % of these are in fact delivered before 2pm the next day). Customers in the Highlands of Scotland and outer lying islands should allow extra time for delivery. Our couriers will undertake to leave goods without a signature in a safe and secure location. Please be sure to advise us in the 'other details' box on the secure order form if you are happy for your goods to be left in a garage, greenhouse or with the neighbours. This will help us greatly.

If unable to obtain a signature or leave in a secure location our couriers will place a card through your letterbox to indicate they have tried to deliver and they will probably try the next day or may ask you to contact them with a view to delivering at another time.

If you do not receive your order on the day we have advised (or receive a card from the couriers, whose name we will have indicated) please contact us by email as soon as possible and in any case within 24 hours to delivery@globalwineservices.co.uk

Delivery (and charges there of) for accessories is dependant on whether a quantity of wine has been purchased at the same time. In this instance we will endeavour to include all accessories purchased in the original packaging of the wine, and this will not affect your delivery. Should this not be possible, we will contact you to advise you any additional postage cost applicable.
